| Strategies 1. Develop and implement effective methods of partnership that will further a greater and deeper understanding between Lake Forest High School and all of its constituencies in order to improve communication and foster trust. 2. Assure adherence to clearly established roles and responsibilities for our Board of Education and administration in order to promote effective leadership and decision-making. 3. In partnership with our community, develop and implement a long-range facilities plan based on future enrollment projections and changing needs of our school district and community. 4. Secure appropriate financial resources necessary to achieve our mission and objectives consistent with Board fiscal policy. 5. In partnership with our community, establish an environment and expectations that model and promote the character attributes of civility, mutual respect, responsibility and service. 6. In partnership with our community, develop and implement plans to assist students who are negatively affected by social and emotional concerns that are preventing them from achieving their potential. 7. Develop and implement a system to assist each student in designing and completing a meaningful interdisciplinary project tailored to their personal interests and aspirations |
