Congratulations to LFHS Art Department  students who recently  participated in the North  Suburban Conference Art Festival:  Catina  Deubler, Genna Crofts, Grace Demet, Heather Stark, Laura Chan,  Nicolas Read, and Robert Schyns represented Lake Forest High  School on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the North Suburban  Conference Art Festival. These students were selected to participate  due to their dedication to art, strong work ethic, and willingness to help  out in class.  During the day, these students created an intriguing display of 55 works of art and 3 animations.  They participated in workshops in a variety of media, attended a lecture by Jerry Stefl of Intuit Gallery and SAIC.  This Art Conference includes 14 high schools in the area.  LFHS students received 10 medals for their artwork!  Congratulations to Becca Scribner, Bella Nottoli, Alexandra Lee, Paige Walgreen, Andrew Trandai, Antoinette Jakaitis, Brenna Shannon, John Branflick, Brook Payton, and, for their animation, Sam Olsen, Bowen Welles, Emily Lovell, and Alex Avelor.  Congratulations!
