2011 marks Coach Del Fava's first year as Head Varsity coach at LFHS. Prior to that he was Head Sophomore coach at LF for one year and the Head Freshmen "A" coach for 2 years. Previous coaching experience includes 14 years as Head Varsity coach at Loyola Academy. Ray received his BA from the University of Missouri--Columbia and his M.Ed. from Loyola University. He teaches in the English Department at LFHS.

Brian Wilhelm

Assistant, Boys' Varsity Baseball
2011 is Coach Wilhelm's first year as Assistant Varsity coach at LFHS. Prior to that he was the Assistant Sophomore coach at LFHS for one year. He played baseball for four years at Monmouth College---graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. Coach Wilhelm teaches in the Special Education Department at LFHS.

Frank Lesniak

Head, Boys' Sophomore Baseball
2011 marks Coach Lesniak's first year as Head Sophomore coach. Prior to that he was the Varsity Assistant coach at LFHS for 2 years and Head Boys' Freshmen coach for 7 years. He started coaching baseball at Stevenson High School while he was student teaching. He then coached Freshmen B Baseball for 1 year at LF. He also coached baseball camps for the Bulls/Sox Academy for one year. Frank is also an Assistant, Boys' Varsity/Sophomore Football coach. Frank received his BA in Special Education from ISU and his MA in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. He teaches in the Special Education Department

2011 is Coach Saylor's first year as Assistant Sophomore coach at LFHS. Previously, Sean coached football, track & field and summer baseball. He received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Western Illinois University and a Master's degree in Ed. Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He works in the Special Education Department at LFHS.

Joe DeRosa

Head, Boys' Freshmen "A" Baseball
Coach DeRosa has been Head Freshmen "A" Baseball coach at LFHS since 2010. Before taking this position, he coached girls' and boys' volleyball at Lake Forest High School for 3 years. Prior to coaching volleyball at Lake Forest, he coached Varsity baseball at Northtown Academy and Sophomore baseball at Gordon Tech High School in Chicago and at Elk Grove High School. Joe received his Bachelor's degree in History/Social Sciences from Benedictine University and his MSE from Barat College. Joe is a teacher in the Social Studies Department at LFHS.

2011 marks Coach Nilles' first year as Head Freshmen "B" coach at LFHS. Previously he coached Lake Forest travel baseball for 2 years. Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University where he also played baseball for four years. He is a Teacher's Associate at the Skokie School.
