Head, Boys' Varsity Cross Country
2007 marks Coach Sweet's first year as head coach at LF. Since 1993 he has had head coaching positions at Prairie Central HS, Grant HS, and Mundelein HS as well as assistant coaching positions at Stevenson and Vernon Hills. Nate received his BS in Art Education from Illinois State University. He works in Student Services.

Denis Sheeran

Coach Sheeran has been assistant coach since 2002. He has also coached boys' track since 2001. Denis received his BA in Math/Secondary Ed. from Trinity International University and his M. Ed. degree from Northeastern Ill. University. He teaches in the Math Department at LFHS.

2008 marks Coach Dewar's first year as assistant coach at LF. He received his Bachelor's degree from Lake Forest College and his Master's degree from National-Louis. Matt teaches in the English Department at LFHS.
