The Scouts finished their season on a high note--beating Warren 11
to 3. The Scouts started fast with 4 goals in the first quarter
and added 7 more goals to finish with a dominating performance. This
puts a cap on a successful season finishing with a record of 8 wins
and 2 losses.

The Scouts had another solid performance on Saturday topping
Hinsdale 8 to 3. The game started slow with Hinsdale jumping
out to a 2 to 0 lead, but the Scouts rallied for 8 goals to secure
the victory.

Lake Forest 7 - Libertyville 4
The Scouts bounced back Thursday night to beat Libertyville 7 to
4. The Scouts jumped out to an early 3 to 0 lead, but Libertyville
kept it close with 3 goals in the 3rd quarter. The Scouts picked
it up with 4 second-half goals to complete the win.

The Scouts suffered a tough loss and were shut out by Loyola. The
team was down 3 to 0 at half time and could not get anything going
in the second half--finishing the game with no points.

Lake Forest 13 - Glenbrook South 2
The Scouts bounced back from a weak performance against Lake Zurich
to beat GBS 13 – 2. A solid game was played by all to
erase the previous poor performance.

Lake Zurich slowed the Scouts offense to a crawl holding
us to just 3 total points. It was a slow game with limited
action, but the Scouts managed to come away with a win.

Lake Forest 6 - New Trier 7 in overtime
The Scouts suffered their first loss of the season in overtime
to New Trier. The Scouts overcame a 5 – 2 deficit to
tie the game at 6--all in the fourth quarter. The Scouts started
the overtime with a couple of good looks, but lost when New Trier
scored on a fast break.

Lake Forest had a solid performance vs St. Charles with another shutout. The
Scouts won all four quarters on their way to a 10 – 0 victory.

The Scouts had another solid game on Saturday with a shut out of
Lyons. The Scouts won all 4 quarters to come out on top with
an 8 to 0 victory. The attack continues to lead the scoring
with 5 goals and the midfield adding 2 more. Lucas Munoz
has continued his scoring streak to 2 games. Tyler Vandenberg
did not see much action in the goal, but still had a solid performance
with a shut out.

Lake Forest 10 – Stevenson 3
The Scouts won their first game of the season 10 to 3. The game
started slowly with a lot of dropped balls, but only 1 goal in the
first quarter. The second quarter went well--with the Scouts putting
up 4 goals and ending with a first-half shut out. The second
half also started slowly with only 1 goal, but the Scouts rallied
with 4 goals in the fourth quarter. The Attack led the charge with
7 goals and 2 goals by the Midfielders. There was one lone goal by
a defenseman. The defense played a solid game, allowing 3 goals
on 5 shots.

The Scouts overcame a 3 to 1 deficit in the second quarter with four
goals.
The score remained 5 to 4 until there were 30 seconds left in the
fourth quarter.
A Scout penalty gave GBS an extra-man opportunity to tie the game.
Regulation
play ended in a 5-to-5 tie. Overtime started with an early
GBS shot, which bounced
off the pipe and was picked up by Peter Passalino, who ran the length of the
field
and scored the game winning goal
