Hinsdale was tough and gave the Scouts a run for their money, but our defense
held them at bay. The team scooped up 24 ground balls and made 23 shot attempts. It
was one of the most physical games yet, but great practice for the game against
Loyola.

Libertyville Tournament
The Scouts had a solid showing once again, despite a poor
shooting performance against Lake Zurich (made only 18% of the shots
taken compared to about 50% of the shots normally taken). The overall
tournament STATS are impressive. Once again, Lake Forest controlled
play by winning ground balls, face-offs and playing solid defense.

Lake Forest 13 – Grayslake North 1
The Scouts ignored the cold temperature and rain and brought
home another impressive win. They took on Grayslake North on
their own turf in a sudden change of venue, but that didn’t
rattle the Scouts--it only made them more determined to show the
Knights what they’re made of.
