Varsity Lacrosse Spring Break information The player / coach spring break flights are reserved as follows: 3/29 /12 Southwest Airlines flight #2539 Departs Milwaukee 11:45 AM Arrives Baltimore 2:35 PM 3/31/12 Southwest Airlines flight #3023 Departs Dulles 6:35 PM Arrives Midway 7:30 PM All players that have confirmed with Coach Maigler that they will be attending the trip have been confirmed on the listed flights. No payment or action is required by you at this time. If for some reason a player will not be traveling with the team to and from this event, Coach Maigler must receive this information by Monday, January 9, 2012. All flights are reserved as a roundtrip fare. If you will not be traveling with the team, you are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights and must be accompanied by a parent at the time you meet and depart from the team activities. An additional parent meeting will be held in February (date TBD), with all the specific itinerary and agenda information. If any parents are interested in staying the two nights in the Annapolis hotel with the team, please e-mail Leslie Moran at Cleavmor@aol.com, with your hotel requests by January 9, 2012. |
