Coach Dell has been the head Varsity coach since 2004. Prior coaching experience includes coaching 15 years with the Lake Forest Swim Club. Cindy received her BS in Physical Education from the University of Iowa and swam for the University of Iowa. She teaches in the Special Education Department and lives in Lake Forest.

Coach Schuessler has been assistant Varsity coach since 2007. He teaches in the Science Deparment at LFHS.

Pam Neustadter
Head, Boys' Diving
Coach Neustadter' has been head diving coach at LFHS since 2007. Prior coaching experience includes 3 years coaching NTSD diving and coaching at Northbrook Meadowhill Pool during the summer. Pam received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Ed. from North Park University. She works in the Media Department at Everett Elementary School.
