Coach Dell has been the Head Varsity coach since 2003 and has also coached the Lake Forest Swim Club since 1990. Cindy received her BS in Physical Education from the University of Iowa and swam for the University of Iowa. She teaches in the Special Education Department and lives in Lake Forest.

Coach Schuessler has been Assistant Varsity coach since 2007. He teaches in the Science Deparment at LFHS.

Pam Uhrik

Varsity Assistant, Boys' Diving
Coach Uhrik has been Head Diving coach at LFHS since 2007. Prior coaching experience includes 3 years coaching NTSD diving and coaching at Northbrook Meadowhill Pool during the summer. Pam received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Ed. from North Park University. She teaches kindergarten at Cherokee School.

Coach Kiely has been Head JV coach since 2008. He has also coached Scout Aquatics for 4 years. Colin received his Bachelor's degree in English from Loyola University in Chicago; currently he is working on his Master's degree at Northeastern Illinois University.
