Coach Day has been Head Varsity Volleyball coach at LFHS since 2010. She has coached boys volleyball for 9 years at Bradford High School in Kenosha. Coach Day has a Bachelor's degree in History/Speech/Theater and a Master's degree in Curriculum Design. She teaches Social Studies at Kenosha Bradford High School.

Kim Jones

Assistant, Boys' Varsity/JV Volleyball
Coach Jones has been Assistant Varsity/JV coach at LFHS since 2010. She also coaches the JV Cheerleaders. Kim received her BA in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University and an MA in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University. Coach Jones teaches in the Special Education Department at Lake Forest HS.

Colin Kiely

Head, Boys' JV Volleyball
Coach Kiely has been Head JV coach at LFHS since 2010. He also is the Assistant Varsity Girls' Swimming coach as well as the Head JV Boys Swimming coach. He has also coached Scout Aquatics. Colin received his Bachelor's degree in English from Loyola University in Chicago and his Master's degree at Northeastern Illinois University.

James Matheson

Head, Boys' Freshmen Volleyball
Coach Matheson has been Head Freshmen coach since 2008. He has coached volleyball for 8 years. Jim received his BA in Business Administration from Trinity International University and Master's from Northern Illinois University. He teaches in the Business Education Department at LFHS.
