at the Lake Park High School Invitational on Saturday,
April 24. The Scouts beat Sandburg (25-19, 19-25, 15-12), South
Elgin (25-18, 25-16), Schaumburg (22-25, 25-14, 15-13) and Boilingbrook
(25-12, 25-21) to get into the final match where Lake Forest
lost in another meeting with Sandburg High School (14-25, 22-25). Team
leaders on the day were: Henry Lamp--39 kills
and 15 points serving, Nick Steffens--25 kills
and 32 points serving, and Jack Patlovich--52
assists and 31 points serving.

leaders were: Nick Steffens--12 kills and 2 aces serving, Henry
Lamp--10 kills and 7 points serving, and Jack Patlovich--22
assists and 18 points serving.
04/10/10--Cougar Classic
The Scouts Men's JV Volleyball started off the Cougar Classic going
4 and 2 in the Silver bracket and cruising into the semi-finals. The
Scouts lost to the eventual tournament champions--Vernon Hills--in
two back-and-forth games. The team finished the day by winning
the 3rd place match in two come-from-behind victories
over Benet Academy.
