On-Line With Credit Card: Click on the camp # to purchase a specific camp offering in the LFHS Web Store. This link will take you directly to the course you wish to register for on-line.

Cash/Check Payment: Use this registration form if you are paying by check or cash. Cash payments accepted at the LFHS East Campus Athletic Office or by mail at: LFHS Athletics, 1285 N. McKinley Rd., Lake Forest, IL 60045; Attention: Summer Camps

PLEASE NOTE: on-line registration will be closed at midnight the day before the camp starts. After that time registrations must be done in person with the Athletic Office. Hours are: Mon – Thurs from 8am - 3pm.
