2008 marks Ms. Elliott-Schrimmer's first year as Varsity Cheerleading coach. During the 2007-2008 school year, she served an assistant cheerleading coach. She was a member of her high school’s varsity cheerleading squad. During this time, she won various awards for her skill and dedication to cheerleading. She received her BA in English from George Washington University and her MSEd from Northwestern University. Jody teaches in the English Department at LFHS.

2008 marks Coach Scimeca's first year as assistant coach at LF. She received her Bachelor's degree in Communications/Spanish/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Marie is a Meeting & Education Coordinator.

Michelle Lawrenz

Head, JV Cheerleading
Coach Lawrenz has been JV cheerleading coach since 2005 and also served as head cheerleading coach for winter season, 2007. Previously, she coached a non-competitive cheer club for 5 years. She received her Bachelor's degree from Ill. State Univ. and her Master's in Tech. & Ed. Leadership from Xavier University. She teaches in the Special Education and Science Departments at LFHS.

Kim Jones

Head, JV Cheerleading
Coach Jones has been coaching cheerleading since 2007. Prior to that, she was an assistant volleyball coach. Kim received her BA in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University and her BA in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University. She teaches in the Special Education Department at LFHS.
