2008 marks Coach Walsh's first year as head Varsity coach
after having been the assistant Varsity coach for 12 years. Prior
to that, she coached the JV squad for a year. Melanie is a stay-at-home
mom to Molly and Jack. |

Julie Chantler

2008 marks Coach Chantler's first year as assistant Varsity coach. Coach Chantler
had been the head JV coach for nine years. She has also coached Freshmen Girls'
Lacrosse since 2005. Julie received her Bachelor's degree in English from Denison
University and her MAT in Special Education and CAS Type 75 in Admin. from National
Louis University. She is a Special Education teacher at LFHS. |
Lindsey Bornholdt
Head, Girls' JV Field Hockey

2008 marks Coach Bornholdt's first year as head JV coach at LFHS. Prior to that,
she ran Scout field hockey camps. Lindsey received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing
from Providence College and her Master's in Teaching Elementary Education from
National-Louis University. |

Emily Martinat
Assistant, Girls' JV Field Hockey

2008 marks Coach Martinat's first year as assistant JV coach at
LF. In 2006, she ran the summer field hockey camps, and prior to that she played
field hockey at LFHS for 4 years. Emily received her Bachelor's degree in International & Global
Studies with an Africa concentration from Sewanee--the University of the South.
She is a substitute teacher. |
