11/19/11--State Finals--Scouts
Place 10th in State Meet
Congratulations to Rachel Stoehr, who
won the state championship in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:49.16
and in the 500 freestyle with a time of 4:50.14---just as
her brother, Mitch Stoehr, won a double state championship two
years ago in the 100 and 200 freestyle.
Mika Hlavin, Olivia Campbell, Eleanor Meeks and Rachel Stoehr placed 11th in
the 200 freestyle relay and 12th in the 400 freestyle relay. Mika Hlavin also
place 12th in the 200 individual medley. |

Meet Prelims
Rachel Stoehr earned her spot in the finals by placing first
in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:49.15 and then coming
back with another first place in the 500 freestyle with a
time of 4:49.99.
Mika Hlavin placed 10th in prelims with a time of 2:06.87.....earning
her a spot in the finals. Also advancing to the finals was the
200 freestyle relay (Olivia Campbell, Eleanore Meeks, Hlavin,
& Stoehr) with a time of 1:36.91 and the 400 freestyle relay
with the same swimmers and a time of 3:32.78.
