Head, Girls' Varsity Volleyball
Coach Werner has been Head Girls' Varsity
coach at LF since 2009. Coach Werner began coaching volleyball at LF
in 1998. His coaching experience includes 7 years of Division I and
II college baseball, as well as high school, legion and travel baseball.
Ray has coached high school and travel basketball for 6 years and all
levels of boys' and girls' volleyball for 11 years. He received his
Bachelor's degree from Penn State and a Master's from Roosevelt University.
Ray is a teacher in the Wellness Department at LFHS.
Joe DeRosa

Assistant, Girls' Varsity Volleyball
Coach DeRosa has been Assistant Girls' Varsity Volleyball coach since
2009. Previously, Coach DeRosa had been an Assistant Girls' Freshmen Volleyball
coach at LF for 3 years. Prior to coaching volleyball at Lake Forest, he coached
basketball and baseball at Northtown Academy and Gordon Tech High School in Chicago.
Joe received his Bachelor's degree in History/Social Sciences from Benedictine
University and his MSE from Barat College. Joe is a teacher in the Social Studies
Department at LFHS.

Head, Girls' Sophomore Volleyball
2011 marks Coach Rochon's first year as Head Sophomore Girls' Volleyball
coach at LFHS. Previously, he coached men's volleyball at Libertyville
High School from 1992-2011 and women's volleyball at Vernon Hill High
school from 2000-02. Coach Rochon received his Bachelor's degree in
Special Education from Western Illinois University and his Master's
degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin--Whitewater.
He is a teacher in the Special Services Department at Libertyville
High School.
Allison Fink

Head, Girls' Freshmen Volleyball
Coach Fink' has been Girls' Freshmen
Volleyball coach since 2009. She has previously coached for 9 years
in a variety of positions, which include 3 years at LFHS coaching Boys'
JV Volleyball and 2 years with the girls' program. Allison received
her BS in Physical Education from the Univ. of Iowa, her teaching
certification in Physical Education and Health from Northeastern Illinois
University and her MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia
University in River Forest. Currently, Allison teaches Life Skills
at Lake Bluff Middle School.

Freshmen Volleyball coach. Previously, Coach O'Brien coached Girls'
Volleyball for 6 years at Carmel Catholic High School--2 years as Assistant
Varsity coach, 2 years as Head Sophomore coach and 2 years as Assistant
Frosh coach. She received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education
from Loras College and her Master's degree in Educational Administration
from Northeastern Illinois University. Coach O'Brien teaches first
grade at Lake Bluff Elementary School.
