Athletic
Trainers are Available! Lake Forest High School
has nationally certified and state licensed Athletic
Trainers (ATCs) who are highly educated and experienced
in providing injury care and evaluation, including
a wide range of therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation
programs. The ATCs should be consulted as soon as possible
for any athletic injury. Early recognition and treatment
of injuries by our ATCs usually results in a faster
and safer return to full activity.
There is a wealth of information

team info, advice for injury care and prevention,
nutrition, and other topics on the athletic trainers’ web
