The LFHS Prom 2008, “Dancing in the Dark,” is fast approaching.
Invitations mailed the first week of April, contain valuable and
pertinent information. The Safe Prom buses will leave LFHS at
6:00 pm for the Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. All attendees
must check in at 5:30 pm at the Raymond Moore Auditorium. The traditional
Prom Parade will be available this year on DVD for $15.00. Please
contact Cherie Hrusovsky at cherieh123@aol.com if you are interested
in purchasing one. Most importantly, all students and parade spectators
are strongly encouraged to carpool to the school. Due to construction,
there will be designated limited parking. The students are to park
in either the North Parking Lot (closest to the old football field)
or the South Parking
Lot (near the auditorium). LFHS administrators and security will
be on hand to direct vehicles.
The Junior class has worked very hard on this event and we wish them
and all the attendees a wonderful evening.
