LFHS Student Awarded National AXA Achievement Scholarship!

Congratulations to LFHS senior, Konstantine Buhler who has been chosen as one of the ten national winners of the 20I0 AXA Achievements’ Scholarship in association with U.S. News & World Report. Konstantine will be awarded a $25,000 scholarship, a laptop computer and the offer of a future internship with AXA. Konstantine is one of 52 students chosen as AXA Achievers for the 20 I 0 AXA Achievement Scholarship - one per state, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.

All of the award recipients known as AXA Achievers - are young people who have demonstrated ambition, drive and dedication and the ability to achieve in college. Konstantine impressed AXA Equitable and the AXA Foundation with his personal commitment and success, which led directly to Konstantine's selection as an AXA Achiever. This scholarship is a key component of their national philanthropic program, AXA Achievement.
