On Tuesday, October 20, 2009 over 500 students will participate in the LFHS Wellness Department’s bi-annual Triathlon/Biathlon/6k run from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm. This event fundraiser will raise money, and collect books and pajamas for  "Pajama Program." Students will swim in the pool, transition to their bikes which they will ride along the bike path to the Great Lakes train station and back, and complete the journey with a run to the finish line.  Runners will race down Spruce to Lake to Woodland, Edgewood then back to LFHS.
