Men’s Club

Male student are provided with opportunities to engage in community service activities that have a physical requirement.
Activities include helping out many community organizations such as Lake Forest Open Lands, Lake Forest Hospital, Special Olympics Illinois, LEAD, Deer Path Art League, etc.
Requirements: Students must attend activities for which they sign up, attend three meetings a month (Wednesday mornings at 7:15) unless there is a valid excuse, and work on a minimum of six service activities a year.

Men’s Club takes the plunge!                                         April 2008 HIGHLIGHTS
Members of the Men’s Club, together with other LFHS students, participated in the Polar Bear Plunge held at the Lake Bluff beach on March 1. This was the ninth year that the event has been sponsored by the Lake Bluff Police Department. Our students contributed to the $110,000 that was raised that day to benefit the Special Olympics.

The Men’s Club helped load a Christmas tree recently for the Greens Market benefiting Elawa Farms.
