The Prairie State Achievement Exam (PSAE) which will be
administered to all juniors on:
April 24-25, 2012

The PSAE incorporates an ACT assessment on April 24.
The Illinois State Scholar Program gives statewide recognition to those students who have attained outstanding scholastic achievement as determined by their academic record, ACT assessment scores and high school certification.
April 25 is PSAE Day 2: Work Keys.
The State ACT for Juniors, which is scheduled for April 24, 2012, will not include a writing portion. The State has decided not to fund the writing section for this school year. Please be advised in order to take the writing portion of the ACT your student will have to take a National ACT test with the writing section. Also, please note that state law requires students’ PSAE scores to be recorded on their transcripts (day one and day two scores). If you have any questions, please contact your counselor. |
