Internship for Scientific Research

The American Cancer Society's Illinois division Summer High School Research program is offering internships for scientific research for eight weeks working in one of Illinois' top research laboratories.  Students chosen for these positions will work closely with leading cancer researchers, whose mentorship guides their lab experiences, but also helps them explore academic and career options in science and medicine.  Additional information and application for summer 2008 are available online at:  ilhsprogram@cancer.org

Internship for Seniors!

For senior students interested in construction or architecture careers, there is an internship available in Lake Bluff with a luxury homebuilder for 3-4 hours per week.  Will be paid minimum wage.  Contact Patty Nordyke of Powerhouse Advisors at 847-236-1502.
