LFHS TRANSCRIPT OFFICE CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER 2012
from June 9 - August 19.

LFHS Transcript Office will be closed for the summer beginning June 9, 2012.   Class of 2012 does not need to request final transcripts to be sent to the universities/colleges they will be attending fall 2012, final transcripts will be sent automatically.

Transcripts for summer programs, summer jobs and transfers will be processed by the Registrar. College Transcripts for the Class of 2013 will be processed in August 2012.

The Transcript Office will be closed for the summe beginning June 9.  All college and NCAA transcript requests will be processed when the Transcript Office reopens on Monday, August 20, 2012.

Senior students may complete their college applications online, register with the NCAA Clearinghouse and submit their test scores through ACT (319) 337-1270 or by going to www.actstudent.org prior to the start of school. Once school is back in session, the counselors will be able to have letters of recommendation and the Lake Forest High School secondary report form ready to be mailed with student’s official transcript, high school profile, and class schedule to their colleges. Sending all of these materials together will insure a more streamlined process for both the high school and colleges. The counseling department is working with the environmental club on reducing paper within the department. Look for a new green application process in the fall as we work toward requesting and sending transcripts securely online!
